Altitude data

As you can see in the picture - two watches next to each other.
A factory reset was performed on the watch, and the issue did not resolve.
What could be the problem and what can be done
Thanks -
@Danny-poleg if your watch can never sync AGPS, and you know that syncing with the app works for everything else, better contact support because that should not happen.
If you are using a different phone or network for the other watch, try switching.

@isazi First of all thanks
I am the support person for Suunto Israel and help our customers a lot
I would love a detailed breakdown of what to do, it really helps
Especially you with the quick and efficient responses
The watch synchronizes all training data and other things
Until yesterday the owner of the watch had no problems
What do you mean by deleting the app from the phone and reconnecting?
It may be a problem with the phone and not the watch -
@isazi I understand that disconnecting the watch and reconnecting to the application can help
-
@Danny-poleg so the App on the phone should automatically update AGPS if not there. If you can try again tomorrow and see if it was just a glitch, or if the watch cannot get AGPS at all.
