"Pairing failed for some reason" - Cannot connect S5P to Android app
-
Well, suddenly, I am not able to connect my phone (Android) with the watch (Suunto 5 Peak)
I had problems with pairing, so I unpaired phone, removed all app data, reinstalled it and while pairing, I switched to Bluetooth view quickly and clicked on the Suunto divide. By doing this, I entered passkey and watch seems to be paired.
But, when I click on Connect button, the loader message says “Pairing” and after a few seconds:
PAIRING FAILED FOR SOME REASON RESTART PAIRING Something went wrong with the pairing process, please try again.Restart pairing does not help. Restarting the whole process (removal data, reinstall, unpair, etc.) does not help.
Watch is not under power saving, is not under airplane mode, Discovery mode is enabled.
Versions:
- Phone: Honor Magic 5 Pro (PGT-N19)
- MagicOS: 7.1
- Android: 13
- Suunto 5 Peak firmware: 2.23.20
- Suunto app: 4.86.2
Any ideas how to solve it?

@Dariusz-Woźniak did you also unpair the watch from the app in the watch settings?

@Dariusz-Woźniak reboot the phone + watch
