@isazi @pavel-samokha I’m sorry but I don’t remember exactly where I was when I detected the map problem…it happened at the beginning of the month.

@matteo_000 No problem, but in general we ask when any map tile fails to load (you see black grid) to send us logs immediately after you finish your workout and let us know about it here

@pavel-samokha the same problem this morning with MTB mode customized. I have sent the log through the function in the App.

From what I have observed. The first picture is zoomed 500m while the second picture is zoomed 1km. So maybe, the 500m has given you more details regarding your location, this may indicate a trail near you or a way but not that popular. I wonder if the red line indicates a road and maybe you are in an open area?
