Black straight line in map
-
In open area with no buildings mainly in mountain i noticed in SV when i navigate with maps appears straight black lines(with all modes high contrast etch)…an it’s not road or anything else its like a bug on screen.
I don’t have a photo with that.
Can confirm anyone with same issue? -
check for the “black map issue”. maybe it somehow related
-
I have now some photos.
The problems appears below 500 zoom in and its not only straight lines (this happens when I follow route) but also like undefined perimetric lines also and in high contrast mode-dark mode.
Black lines its not road, cables, rivers or something else.
Its a graphic problem- its hardware problem ?
- it’s bug in maps?
- i must reinstall maps?
- soft reset didn’t solve maps problems
I have the last update and i have not any problem for now.
-Sorry for my poor English -Thanks team!

Thanks man -

@pavel-samokha
Thanks man for quick response!!

i send two photo to define better the area with the problem.
The coordinates it’s exactly on black line
Also the “bug” it’s about 2 km perimeter from that coordinates .

So for example this one

is this boundary in OpenStreetMap:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/138269691#map=16/38.0461/23.6893
So some boundary which wrongfully (in my opinion) marked as Ridge
-
@pavel-samokha i saw the map and it’s demarcated incorrectly, however the real problem when navigate using SV maps these lines go though the map incorrectly and the result you get it’s a visual complex …a mix with paths ,roads, lines with a black bold ridge lines in screen in zoom 50m
What i understand here is luckily it’s not watch manufacturing problem eg. Processor, memory , screen issues etc… so im COOL

-It’s topographic issue maybeI use the navigation very often in my training and different mountains, in general i don’t remember anywhere else same black line issues so far.
