Software updates? Do you think we'll get customization features?

Hi all!
Proud owner of the Vertical that I got for Christmas, but I’m seeing no mention of how often or when software updates roll out. Is there a roadmap of sorts that I’m missing?
I’m curious to know as I’d love to see more watch faces and customization. I love the watch overall but I don’t know if I would’ve bought it knowing there was such a small selection of watch faces or even customization.
Anyway, there’s my question and two cents from a first time suunto watch user!

no, just the sw update page. best way is to follow the forum… you’ll find some faq here as well

Suunto usually releases two big updates during the year, sometimes more but it depends on the model. I guess Suunto Vertical and Race will have one soonish, some hints here and there in the forum and other places.

You have bought an outdoor watch and I do not understand how watchfaces is a high purchase requeriment or a must. I understand that would be nice to have more watchfaces but what I seek in a watch like this is accuracy, durability, performance, navigation, reliability, … but watchfaces??? Anyway, I have read in another place that Suunto is working in more watchfaces. So, lets see what will come.

The answer is simple: no.
In summary you bought a wrong watch if you Want more watchfaces.

@Daytwon-Ceschin @zhang965 about watchfaces I understand that Suunto Vertical is a sport/outdoor watch (I like this !!!) and not a simply commercial smartwatch, but when you buy a new digital watch (like analogic watch… )you expect something new… about 6 of 10 watch faces are the same of S9B!
I would have liked 6/7 new watch faces and someone similar to S9B or more beatiful and not the same…I believe more can be done and I hope in the future update !!!

@matteo_000 Suunto’s behavior has been in the past to add a new watchface for each new watch, that in the past was specific to a watch but nowadays usually also available for other watches, so it is quite normal that Vertical and Race have most of the watchfaces of the 9B

And if @isazi logic is correct a new watch face will arrive when a new watch is announced.
