Black "spray " in menu

I have in the screen one problem…
Only in menu settings i have on the left top a black spray colour and is very strange.
Any suggestions?

@gerasimos I just checked, it’s definitely the normal interface. I hadn’t especially noticed before.
I would guess it is to make the scroll effect « smoother » -
