      I see the issues iwth VO2 max here - but cycling doesn’t seem to count, even if you have a power meter- I love the RACE unit (had a fenix 6 and the race is so much more intuitive), it would be great if the Race could do VO2 max for cycling.

        @VaineRT Suunto doesn’t do the VO2max guestimation for cycling (yet).

        This would be a feature request, not an item for SR.

        I don’t understand the obsession that many people have with derived metrics like VO2max on a sportwatch, but you can “calculate” it yourself e.g. http://www.trainingandracingwithapowermeter.com/2010/06/how-to-estimate-vo2max-using-power.html

          @twekkel yes, you can calculate them - but given this is a smart watch, it should be able to generate it since it already can for certain activities-

            I’m not sure why this couldn’t be implemented though. Surely if Suunto can derive a VO2 Max from running then cycling can’t be too far out of the box 🤔
