i really need this!Hum??!! My backlight works this way with the SV ! (Or we are not talking about the same thing !)
-
@Tieutieu my watch is SV too! backlight >> **Raise to wake ** no exercise option
my standby is off -
@zewen my settings are :
Main : backlight low, raise to wake low
Exercice settings : backlight unpinnedWith this settings (I have just checked again right now) : the backlight turn to zero during exercice if no movement. Raise to wake activates it.
-
@SuperFlo75 I think heart rate or pace. I don’t think I’d like automatic switching of screens back and forth.

@zewen have you tried or is it something else you’re waiting for ?

@Walter-Samuel I also noticed that my Spo2 measurement always show 100%; and, like you, i thought the feature was kinda broken.
Then I went on a hiking trip at 3000m, and my blood oxygen saturation level during the night decreased accordingly.
So, the feature work well, my guess is that they take the best value from each night, which is why it gives you 100% every night.
The disadvantage to this method is that your watch can’t detect sleep apnea this way, but for a sport focused watch, that’s not really the point, however that gives you good insigsht to your acclimation ? -

@EzioAuditore
I have reported since peak launch…SPO2 graph reports only one measure as here
And than for Vertical:
@renton82 said in Suunto Vertical: Bug Collection:
Pulse OX is useless, it always reports 100% during night without any other graph or data
-
@renton82 Ok I see. Thanks for clearing that up.
-
@Tieutieu sorry, this week kind of busy, i will try it weekend
-
Hopefully we can choose which trend is shown on latest Vertical watchface. I would like to have also altitude and airpressure. Solar bars are nice but I don’t need them so much.

This post is deleted! -
@Jugger watchface customization is not there yet (as far as I know), but more customization is being provided. An example is the shortcuts of the Race. I hope more customization will follow in next update.
-
@Tieutieu i try this at weekend, it’s work. Thanks!
A little more, after exercice, it also raise to wake up the backlight.
i just want wake up backlight during exercice only.
i have a suunto 9, before the last update, it work as what i said as i remember -
@zewen I think it is working the same (I also had a S9b during few years), but not sure.
But anyway, I don’t have any solution. I set it this way because I do want the watch to raise to wake when exercising and not exercising also.
Glad if it works for you at least during exercising ! -

First shut out to Suunto for the coming updates including
Multiple alarms
Find my phone
Shortcuts
I have not experienced any problem nor crashes on my Vertical.
So for me SV is near perfect.
But in the mindset of continuos improvement here are my suggestions :GPS broadcast to Suunto App Use Watch GPS and SA maps.
Multiple sensors pairing per sensor type
Resume later featuresJust my two cents
Resume later, yes pleeeeease

@stromdiddily @Egika @Brad_Olwin @BrunoH @altcmd Good morning dear community, the announced big update for the vertical in autumn is still a long time coming? Does anyone know when and when it will finally come? You often read here in the forum that it should come soon, but it is soon It’s been a long time since August. What interests me is: the recovery functions of 9P, 9PP, Vertical are currently based on calculations from firstbeat. Will these measurements also be changed with the new major update and replaced with Suunto’s own algorithms? or does only the appearance of the menu change and all calculations remain at firstbeat? is a not entirely unimportant question! Thanks for your answers and opinions.

@GiPFELKiND An exact date will not be given. That never happened in previous firmware release dates.
-
@GiPFELKiND if it was public information, everyone here would know it. I agree to the point that it’s frustrating to hear all the news from 3rd party reviewers instead of Suunto, but as Mandalorian puts it: “This is the way”.
BTW, there’s no use tagging me. I am an outsider; I just happened to drive past the factory two weeks ago. I didn’t hear any dates from open windows and didn’t climb to trees to spy on the employees
