From one day to the next, the activity screen on my Suunto 7 appeared disconfigured. On July 7, 2023 I sent it for repair, on July 28 I received the watch exactly the same. On August 3rd I sent it again for arrangement. September 6th pass from “recived” to “in repair” status… today still in repair mode.
Since they are not competent to fix the watch and it is still under warranty, I contact support to either give me my money back or send me a new watch. They don’t respond.
Suunto is not a serious company, do not trust Suunto is rubbish -
