Personal data download

Hello.
I’d like to extract my personal data (sleep, heart rate, running info) from my Suunto watch into some kind of spreadsheet format for my own purposes.
Can anyone point me to how I can go about doing this?Any help would be much appreciated!

Don’t know if it is possible…
But since last SA update yesterday (at least on IOS), you can export the activities recap as data sheets.Suunto’s devices at home :
Vertical titanium solar
Suunto Race S
S9pp titanium sand
Suunto Wing & Spark
S9B titanium Ambassador edition, A3P, X6 -
