      Morning SV ers!
      10 plus yrs as a sunnto owner!
      Purchased the vertical about 3 months ago and has lots of little nuances.

      1. Every time I recharge my sleep setting get reset
      2. Multiple times my watch loses pairing with heart rate strap.
        ( I use strap due to the instability of Wrist HR)
      3. Running today on interval set my watch displayed a message ‘screen turning off do not press any buttons to turn on’ and no longer paired to my HR strap.

      Anyone else having similar issues?
      I have searched topic menu but could not locate similar issues

      Best
      Matt

        @Matt-Montague

        1. this is strange - when do you charge your watch? Which specific setting changes does get reset?

        2. which HR strap are you using? Is the pairing lost during the activity or when not using the strap? My Suunto Smart Belt stays both paired and connected like a rock…

        3. This is due to the setting “Display timeout” that you selected in the custom battery settings of you activity

          @Matt-Montague I believe (2) and (3) are connected, have you tried using the performance battery mode? Are you sure your watch is not in power save mode?
