Suunto 9 Baro can't Sync activities (Redmi note 8)

Hi,
I recently bought a S9 Baro and sadly the watch has big troubles to sync my sport activities. It worked 3 times and then, strangely, it suddenly doesnât work at all. The sync begin, it shows âPOIâ and then â1/1 activitiesâ, it takes a long time (1 min maybe) and then goes to the rest like âGPS accuracyâ and then at the end itâs written that âThere was an error by syncing, try again ; 1 activity couldnât be syncedâ
So my activities are detected but thatâs all.
I tried everything, resetting both, pairing, unpairing, rebooting both, nothing worked.
And same problem when I tried with a other smartphone (Honor Magic5 Lite).Any ideas ? Is it a known issue ? At least, is there a possibility to upload my activity with an other app or directly to the PC ?
