Not possible to disable tone notifications

Hi,

first: Firmware is up to date

problem: i have disabled the speaker alarms completely und only enabled vibration alarms.
but the watch still play the tones when a message received.

this is really annoying.
can anyone confirm this behavior ?

Theres no option to disable tone of notifications.

Im sure someone will chime in shortly and mention it might be coming in a future firmware update… only so many times that can be said.

This option does work?

If it’s the case… it might be correct in future firmware and welcome to Suunto community

@zhang965 Hi, thank you for this post, but i have already found that option and set it correctly, but the watch ignores this setting. For me it seems to be a bug.

it sounds weird, did you soft reset your watch? hard rest?
