Core Bodytemperatur Sensor dont Work with Vertical
-
The CORE Body Temperatur sensor is not supported with the Vertical Watch. All Suunto 9 Models are supported and Show this Sensor in Suunto Sport App and on the watch! Please Integrate this Sensor for the Vertical!!!
-
It is known and already discussed in the forum, Suunto and Core are working together to fix this.
-
@GiPFELKiND please check again
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos i Check it later when i am at home
-
@GiPFELKiND If you did not check it again why on earth do you state in the other thread that it is still not working?
Your posts are getting pretty annoying.
And I cannot be the only one. Stick to one effing thread and stop spamming multiple threads with the same topic.
My advice would be to be more constructive and less whiny. -

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos checked… No compatible… Without a update how should it work
-
-
@GiPFELKiND The app can now be installed, at least in my Vertical.
-
@GiPFELKiND the S+ apps are updated in the background.
You need to pull on the S+ selection to have them reloaded. -
@Egika please can you help me? i sent you message in chat with video, so you can see thats not working or i am little stupid …
-
@GiPFELKiND Suunto App -> Click on the watch -> S+ Apps -> Pull down to refresh
-
@lessthanmore GOT THE PROBLEM SOLVED!!! nothing you all sayed worked!!! The only Thing was to delete the suunto App and fully new installed.
NOW the CORE Body Temperatur sensor is shown and worked FINE with S+ App Thanx for your HELP
-
When you turn on active look s+ app, core one doesn’t work. Decimal point needs to go one character to the right. When I get 0.1C degrees increase it shows 0.01C instead of 0.1C.
Edit: this is fine, it’s actually a derivative of your core temp so you know if it’s increasing or decreasing. Also, please use single temperature scale so delta value can be visualized.
Excess decimals in SA:
-
Internally the CoreBodyTemp is recorded in ° Kelvin. Is it planned to switch it to ° Celsius? When I import the FIT file into WKO I have to convert it into ° Celsius if FIT file is from a Suunto watch and to keep it as it is when it comes from a Garmin watch
-
@trailcafe that’s interesting, I can ask.
Edit: do you have two FIT files, one from Suunto and one from Garmin, to show the difference?
-
@isazi sure yes. I can send it to you but I am already in contact with some guys from CoreBodyTemp because I am testing their sensor. Maybe we should open up only one channel (via CoreBodyTemp) and not another one with the same topic, what do you think?
-
@trailcafe if they also work on the S+ app then fine. If it is about the FIT export from SA, better to involve Suunto (as they do the conversion to FIT).
