HotFix release 2.25.64
-
I don’t know if it’s a one time thing, but after the hotfix I opened the map. It rendered correctly. A few hours later, I was 30 km from the first location and I opened the map again. This time I got a black grid on all zoom levels.
Soft-reboot did fix it.
-
The UI on my watch is even more sluggish now. It takes a long time to switch between or exit widgets by long pressing the middle button.
Will do a soft reset later and report back.
-
@Ilya-Sul Agreed, it definitely takes longer to exit a widget by long pressing the middle button, now it’s a extra-long press.
-
@Ilya-Sul yes. This fixes the issue that before the watch went from within the widget to watch face and directly into settings. Now it stays in watch face as it should
-
@Egika It’s still slow as heck.
-
@Kurt68 I don’t think it is fixed. I just did 1:45 hour MTB ride with weather & climb S+ and it eat 8% of battery (67 to 59% and battery is calibrated)
-
@dombo thanks then I’d rather not activate any apps for my race at the weekend
-
@Ilya-Sul right! And you have to press longer the mittle Button to return…
-
I continue to see this text " [TXT_UPHILLS]", in summary screen after run activity.
I suppose “climb” Suunto app is still bugged.I noticed also an italian translation error for post activity sensation summary:
Discrete instead of DISCRETO and Buona instead of BUONO. -
Thanks for the update heads up, have just pushed this to my watch so will check it out in a few hours time on my afternoon run. FWIW I’m not experiencing any button lag that a few others have reported, all seems fine for me
-
@renton82 the app needs to be updated, I need to check but I thought it was updated already, last week I had the field text (at least in English, but it was missing in all languages before).
As for the Italian translation, being “sensazione” feminine “buona” works, “discrete” should be “discreta” (discrete is the plural), “scarso” should be “scarsa”.
-
@isazi Ok, if you refer to “sensazione”, all adjectives should be feminine… now it’s a mix…
-
Recovery timer is still not working, not fixed already?
-
@jjpaz I believe this is planned for next (non hotfix) update.
-
@isazi said in HotFix release 2.25.64:
@jjpaz I believe this is planned for next (non hotfix) update.
Im glad you mentioned this! I think Im OK understanding Suunto widgets and apps, but my resources have never even come close to matching the user manual example. For the image below, I have taken Monday off, have had 2 great sleeps Monday and Tuesday, went to the gym yesterday (low key) but otherwise sat at my desk working for 2 days, and these are my resources after sleeping 8 hours with 2+ hours deep sleep, resting HR 51/Low HR 49, and 0 minutes awake. Active? (very confusing):
VS Vertical user guide:
The color around the widget icon indicates your overall resource level. If it is green, it means you are recovering. The status tells you your current state (active, inactive, recovering or stressed). The bar chart shows your resources over the last 16 hours and the percentage value is an estimate of your current resource level.
-
Is anyone else waiting for beta availability for SV?
-
@herlas beta or not yes
-
@Frederick-Rochette please Integrate the CORE BODY TEMPERATUR SENSOR in Suunto Sport App with the next Update!!! All 9 modells support this Temperatur sensor, why not the good vertical!? Dont understand!

@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos After the update I now have the grid screen, and am missing maps. They were there for the start of my ride, and when I hit navigate home, got this:
