Alarm during sleeping hours ?
-
Hello again,
after resetting the watch’s settings , it worked.
i still feel thought that there is something causing this instability, but since it is fixed I am happy with it

@thanasis
please observe it and report immediately if it should happen again. You can then also contribute in sending logs.
but let’s hope it’s solved

Bringing back this topic …
Last night I left my S9p next to my bed with the alarm to ring at 06:59. The watch apparently went into sleep or something and the alarm rang when I picked it up at 07:51 (completely random time ) and not in timePlease note that I have disabled the HR readings and the DND and sleeping hours
Does anyone have the same or it’s just my watch with that issue ?
Thanks

@thanasis I am reporting this and asking.
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos thanks Dimitri
-
@freeheeler a silly question: how do you enable “auto DnD” (as opposed to a “manual DnD” mode)?
-
@MdzOtt it is in the sleep settings
-
@thanasis could you please send logs if you can repro this ? I tried with no luck. Reported though and team asked for log s
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Sure!
i will try to reproduce it tonightI think the case is:
- Disable HR & sleep tracking on the watch
- Leave the watch in location where it stays idle (should not get any movement to enter this “low power mode”).
- Leave your mobile without Bluetooth or out of range of the watch
- Set an alarm for “Once” in X hours
- Be patient

I will send the logs tomorrow morning

@thanasis thank you very much
