S9 Baro - Screen blank Help?

Watch working perfectly until a few days ago. Blank screen, assumed it was flat battery.
Put on charge, nothing changed on screen.
Vibrating buttons when pressed.
Tried soft reset (holding top right button for 12 seconds) - nothing.
Connected to Suunto Link. Tried to update…

Came up with ‘Update Failed’.
Now when I connect to Suunto Link - nothing responding??
Love some advice.

@Chris-Delaney I think you didn’t perform the soft reset correctly. If the watch vibrates pressing the buttons keep the upper button pressed for more time, 20 seconds at least, then after 20/30 seconds the screen should wake up.

@cosme-costa Yeah, sadly no vibration anymore.
HR lights still flash, but nothing and repeated attempts to update are failing.

I don’t know if it still could be a workaround, but if nothing else is working, what about trying to put the watch in shipping mode with this in Suuntolink

I did all of your suggestions, but still it is black -
@soudabeh-shahrah try pushing the upper right button for about 12 seconds. If that doesn’t work, put the watch on the charger for a while and try again.
Still nothing…then I suggest to contact Suunto support.
