Suunto 9 Peak Pro?

@dulko79 body battery, but not so important to me
-
@mountainChris I understand it is body battery. What does not work for you?
-
@dulko79 after a view days always low. Resting HR correct. Garmin gave me way more realistic values… but I think SW update already announced. Not so important for me.

Thank you. Already known at Suunto.

I was curious how many satellites were actually seen by the S9PP, how it differs from the S9P and how it impacts satellites reception.
Here are screenshots from QuantifiedSelf (with a specific export from the app) from 2 runs made 1 week apart on the same route.
This is by no mean a serious comparison, but it still gives some information.
S9P:
S9PP:
(for those wondering, numbers at the bottom of the graph are laps and auto-laps)

I noticed that watch face menu is present just swiping down from watch face but also under settings menu, is it normal or it can be considered as bug?
-
@renton82
it’s not a bug. some settings are redundant -
@freeheeler Ok
-
@renton82
same with alarm and backlight, but might be because of a “quick access menu” that we’ve requested every now and then -
@freeheeler I also noticed that pressing “lap” in pool swim activity results in this strange behavior: every time i press lap button distance gains with a random number
Pressing another time maybe result in 58m… -
@renton82
pool swimming distance is motion triggered (in a way), does that happen when you keep very still, too?edit: …ah, I see… 31m is not a standard pool length … long day today
what pool lenght did you enter in the start menu? -
i change my today the old s9p with the s9pp and make my first run with the footpod stryd. everything works fine, but there is no more automatic sync to stryd from the SA. Any Idea ?!
-
@Set_218 weird, maybe just a delay? I couldn’t run today because of $job but so far all my runs were sync’ed to stryd powercenter even without the stryd pod, just using S9PP wrist-based power.
-
@Set_218 if you haven’t used it in a while, go to the Stryd app, disconnect from Suunto, and then reconnect. New activities from that point on should sync.

i hope for a delay. i disconnected now and reconnect it with stryd + Suunto SA . but on my last 2 runs on monday + tuesday with the s9p everything works fine. Now the first Run with S9PP it doesn`t sync.
-
@Set_218 Can Stryd sync with 2 devices simultaneously? If not, make sure it is NOT connecting to the S9P, so disconnect/delete Stryd from the old watch, then restart new with pairing to S9PP?
