    Reinstalled app on IOS - lost all workout history

      Hi,

      I’ve just had to re-install the Suunto app on my iPhone 11.

      After logging in, the only workout history I now have showing in the app are the most recent (12) workouts synced from my Spartan WHR.

      Where is the last 3 years of workout data?!

      The app recognises me (weight, age etc.) so why does it not pull-down the workout data from the server? Surely it’s not just saved in the app?!

        @castletonroad Are you totally sure you used the same username as before? I think that weight and age are synced from the watch, not from the cloud.

        Spartan Trainer: casing broke after 23 months, repaired, lost watertightness 5 months later, died
        Despite some pretty bad luck, I still love Suunto!

          @castletonroad almost always issues like this are result of confused account. If you have another email you’re using - please try to login with it.

          On iOS it’s also often happens due to usage of Apple’s private relay email feature.

          If there is still an issue - contact support via the app, they’ll help you
