Hi everyone, today I noticed a thin white strip of (presumably) dead pixels on the bottom of the screen. Did somebody else experience this and/or knows whether it maybe somehow software related?
I happened to whack my watch reasonably hard today, on accident of course, bus since I have a white watchface I didn’t notice anything until about 10 hours later. Also, does sb know how much a display replacement costs? This strip doesn’t obstruct the view of data, but is somewhat esthetically displeasing. Yet I will probably hold off replacement for now, just curious mostly.

Ai, that is very unfortunate. Hopefully Suunto can do something about it. 🙏

@dmytro Probably not going to help but I would try soft and hard reset, just in case.

@dmytro of course, the first sentence of my comment was a joke, the second sentence was a serious comment.
Yeah, I’m also waiting for a S10/11 or however they call it.

Hi there, can you tell me what the solution to this problem was in the end, did you send it back for repair, I am having the exact same issue with my Baro 9?

@Kloppite nope, I was reluctant to wait the repair to conclude, so I just changed my theme to white and forgot the dead pixels are there. The surface grew a bit over the time but the watch is still very usable.
