answering to myself: i applied the (infamous) concept “in doubt, reboot” (well, in that case, "reset) and performed a reset of my Vertical. After doing the initial configuration and sync with the Suunto app, I went for a run and this time I could see the Nolio activity suggested to me, so the reset fixed the issue.

I am new to using Suunto as a watch for off-water activities, and therefore new to syncing activities with Fit and Samsung Health (steps, sleep, etc.). I’m trying Health Sync because it’s listed as a reference in Suunto’s own APP, but… What is the best way to sync Suunto information with Fit and Samsung Health? Health Sync or another sync APP? One thing that happens to me testing Health Sync, is that when it synchronizes the sleep it ONLY synchronizes the hours of light sleep, it does not synchronize the total (REM, deep, awake…).
