@Charles-D Hi Charles: Changing to a race if you can may help in Strava. I know if FusedTrack is running that changing to a race will fix the activity. I don’t know about hiking but instead of hiking you could start the activity as a Trail Run with Endurance Mode, it does not matter how fast you go. After the Strava upload you can change the activity to a hike in both Suunto App and Strava. A bit kludgy but it should work. Unless you need to save the battery, I would just use performance mode, I only use Endurance when I know I need more than 28h of juice.——Brad
Hi, thanks, for the answers.
I’m using v4.10.4 on Android 9.1.
Yesterday it worked fine, for first time in weeks, but it was a short workout. Maybe it could be the reason.
I’ll be reviewing sync feature.
@isazi Ah sorry, I considered it a partner connection so I looked here instead of in The Lounge. Not sure what your possibilities as moderator are but if possible feel free to merge this discussion with the main discussion.
@JMOppenheim This is the website for SportsTracker not for Suunto devices. Suunto devices have a mobile app as Movescount will be discontinued. For the present and as far as anyone knows, there is no website for Suunto devices so the statement and issue are not relevant. I am going to lock this one.
@Yannis, I indeed think that this would be useful. Manually adjusting individual runs in Strava to Public, as per Dimitrios’ suggestion, is not preferable. Apparently, the technology does exist, since Movescount was able to do it. It would be a great improvement to the Suunto App!
So far in Rungap you can sync Strava to SA via Sports-Tracker (use Sports-Tracker as destination in Rungap)
I managed to understand how to sync all activities.
On rungap you go to share and select the platform you want, then it syncs all.
From now on, I only need the normal sync.
Thanks for the tip of sport tracks. Don’t understand this “gap” between SA and Sports tracker.
