I reply to myself. There was now at Play Store new versio about app… 10.1.4 and I download it but still it isn’t working. Delete Suunto App and installed second Time and now it Works!

@richbedforduk Now that I see that you are using Windows 10 I can tell you that I had something similar some time ago with Suuntolink, When I connected the watch to the computer , it wasn’t detected by Suuntolink, and no moves where sent to Movescount. Eventually the problem was because an update of Windows 10 and later Suunto issued an update to fix the issue. Maybe here, some Windows update has broken something in Moveslink2 connection.

You know that Fitbit can also connect to Suunto right? We also have an API Zone for partners.

Hi this is fixed on QS and it was ok but rather a problem on my side (QS)

Its kinda know and discussed on another hijacked thread of yours @Šón-Čestr The issue is that strava cannot handle nested laps. We are working on B2B solution for this. One advice is to turn off any laps for swimming so strava only gets the pool length autogenerated ones

@David-Brady I had problems Saturday and Sunday, but since yesterday evening everything is okay again. Ambit 3 and Suunto app beta.

Thanks for your replies. @Yannis, I indeed think that this would be useful. Manually adjusting individual runs in Strava to Public, as per Dimitrios’ suggestion, is not preferable. Apparently, the technology does exist, since Movescount was able to do it. It would be a great improvement to the Suunto App!

Had the same issue. I think resetting the password (forget password) allowed me to set an actual suunto password.
