super annoying when notifications stop working like that! Have you tried checking the app’s notification settings or making sure Do Not Disturb isn’t on? Also, updating the app or restarting your device might help.

@Mff73 thanks for the explanation. That’s right, in “my profile->map” section the dots are plain, and in that screen I can tap only some of the points to see my activities. So I can reproduce your bug. @sartoric those points are the real starting points of my activity “heatmap”. So I will file an enhancement to see also those points as “clickable” to access old activities in a quicker way ( myprofile -> map is not so intuitve as clicking on the main map icon on home screen)

hello, I have similar problem with syncing new activities. do not depend on distance. this is happening. 1- turn on BT on smartphone 2- open SA and tap on watch icon [image: 1641152933586-279e1e15-d466-40b7-a17b-78bc14eccea8-image.png] then the syncing started picture above then it continue wit syncing POI, GPS performance, then sa shows syncing activity data [image: 1641153561443-cbffb055-c074-43e1-998e-643c537d34ee-image.png] and then, inmediatelly the syncing crash with this [image: 1641153667805-3a332f6c-7db9-4bef-9f7a-3c06665690dd-image.png] tap on retry finish with same problem. then I turn on and off BT on device. not help restart smartphone and watch. not help forget watch restart both devices, pair watch again. not help forget, uninstall SA, restart both devices, pair them again. not help but after many times tapping on retry, turning BT on/off, restarting devices the activity sync. I dont know which step help. EDIT: steps, calories, sleeping is synced watch Spartan ultra - latest ver. SA - 4.49.1 no beta smatphone moto g9 power android 11 - actualization from 1. november 2021

If I try to edit a route (GPS inactive) the map is not centered on the route and is shown at the the lowest zoom level. Same issue with active GPS If I rotate the phone while in edit mode, at each rotation it does something center map to route zoom + zoom + zoom + … looks like it stop zooming at a certain point (doesn’t seem to be the max zoom level) Maybe is a map refresh issue ? Is it just my problem ?

So whats the solution here to the black maps screen? In simple non-tech speak… Not had this before - every activity I have up to 05/09/20 are ok. All activities from 07/09/20, then the map is black. As someone noted it is only the terrain map that is unavailable, all others are possible to be used. I have a Suunto Ambit 3 Peak and a Sony Xperia XA2 Android phone if that is relevant Thanks in advance for any help on this

@v-sacre sadly not this is one of my top request regarding partner connections. I have a circular connection between suunto, komoot, Strava and hammerhead which leads to my komoot and Strava routes being duplicated to hammerhead everytime i refresh routes. They should add a toggle to turn on and off different aspects of a partner connection.

Hi again, how are those numbers calculated? I already knew that Suunto calcutates avg power differently that others (without zeros), now I see field ‘Power with zeros’, great job! This is ‘real’ avg power for me. Bu on the other hand other ‘Peak power’ fields seems to be wrong compared to intervals.icu data. This was short offroad ride with some 2-3min punchy hills and peak 3/5min power is definitly too high. I thing that I’ve noticed in this version is that pace graph scale now seems to be fixed at arbitrary scale with 2 min/mile at the top and 14 min/mile at the bottom. This is only marginally better than it was before. The range is arbitrary and not very suitable for something like trail running on mountainous terrains. I’ve had plenty of trail runs on steep terrain where my average pace was slower than 14 min/mile meaning that a large part of an actual range gets cut off, including all climbs. At the same time 2 min/mile at the top is unreachable by anyone. That is 48 km/h. SA developers should look at how pace graph is done in Movescount (web version) and copy that. It is done the right way there.

@dimitrios-kanellopoulos I can confirm this is still an issue. I’m a new Suunto 9 user and sync direct from watch to Suunto app. Heart rate zones show correctly on my Suunto app. When I shared the activity, the web page (app.suunto.com/move/…) does not display correct HR zones. It does indeed looks like the web page does not handle “custom” HR zones, it just displays some default ones. This is an old post but it’s asserted it’s a caching issue. I don’t think so. Could this be added to the development backlog please?

Watch is still at. Last for a day or so then I have to forget it on the app and phone. Soft reset on watch then sync all over.

@Giokyriak quantified-self.io is a great tool that compensates the not existing SA web service (at least for me…)
