Smart sensor

Currently we have to use the MC app to update smart sensor . Will this be included in this app or is smart sensor no longer being developed/updated. I see that it is a requirement to have a smart sensor for recording swimming but any other blue tooth belt is compatible with watches for HR / running etc, if I have understood correctly [LINK REMOVED BY MODERATORS]

@sanny069 there are no updates to the Suunto smart sensor. It is just working fine both for water and land based activities.
And you are correct, that that while almost any BT belt can be used for running etc, the Suunto Smart belt is the only one that caches HR data while swimming and can then be used to sync that data to the watch after the workout finished.
This works well also for other activities, where you cannot wear a watch, like Basketball etc.
