Suunto Race strap compatability

Does anyone know if this strap fits the Suunto race?
It doesn’t list the Race as a compatible product but it is both 22mm.

@Albert-Yung Every 22mm strap is compatible with the Race (and every watch with 22mm straps like SV, S9p; S9pp)

Interesting that’s what I thought. Suunto chat representative states it’s not about the width its its because the mount is different it will not fit ! I took a screen shot of our conversation but I don’t know how to post it on this forum.

@Albert-Yung ok ok…interesting. I let the specialists here confirm, but for me any 22mm should fit (at least suunto ones)

If the lugs are the same as the Vertical (which is looks like they are) any 22mm strap should fit. I have a wide selection of 22mm leather & silicon quick release straps for my SV and they all fit well. No issues at all
