Celsius Fahrenheit

Anybody know why I am unable to change the temperature from Fahrenheit to Celsius.
How Can I stop notification noises, but still receive the notification?

go to Settings -> General -> Language and change Unit System to Metric
go to Settings -> General -> Tones and choose All Off

If you want to mix Imperial and Metric units, you may be out of luck
