Software Update 2.30.32
-
I have noticed, that OHR often goes off after sleep tracking. At least this is exactly what happened with my yesterday and today.
-
 Can anyone explain this?
-
@false the ramp rate is wrong in the current firmware, will be fixed with next update
-
@isazi Thanks for quick reply! I hope they won’t forget about the bunch of other bugs caused by November’s update
-
@thailon Worth syncing on a regular basis
I’ll keep an eye on the happening. But hasn’t been bad lately

Hi, I have a S9PP, since the software update the battery seems to drain much faster.
When I’m not wearing the watch I don’t switch it off completely to have it ready to go.
I usually put 24/7 Heart Rate Monitoring to OFF and Energy Saving mode. This used to make the watch live for weeks, i liked it because it looked immortal, with a max. 2-3% battery drain in a day.
Now I don’t get those values anymore: even if I enable Plane Mode, Don’t Disturb, low brightness, HR off, Energy Saving, it seems to drain a 5-10% per day.
 Is anyone else experiencing this?
 Thanks everyone

 @Fandango45 is backlight off?
-
@Fandango45 You are not alone here. It’s one of my biggest disappointments in this buggy release
-
@robis Yes, I think I switched off anything which can be so
-
@Fandango45 you said you put the watch in airplane mode but unfortunately there is a bug that prevents the watch from switching to that mode (unless you do that from settings>connectivity>airplane mode). Having said that, I suggest that you also disable connectivity so that you can be sure that there is no transmission between watch and the SA… If you’ve already done so I suggest you do a factory reset as a last attempt.

@RaDeck @Александр-Даниленкo I have to confirm, happened to me during night which lead to incorrect sleep measurement I had to turn off, on my 9PP. I had to turn off, on my 9PP.
-
@thailon thx for your feedback. It’s been good on my end. It has happened once only in the meantime and the quick switch off/on option for the 24/7 track did the trick
-
Today my watch for some reason started to measure blood oxygen often automatically. I don’t remember they ever did it automatically before (except sleep). What might be the reason?
-
@Александр-Даниленко this happens to me, when I do it manually. But sometimes I do not see this chart even I measure during the day.
-
@thailon but the case is that I didn’t do it manually that day

 Hey guys,
Small question, since this update my battery life is really bad (around 5 days max with VFC, Spo2, notifications, but no activities).
I never really paid attention to it as I was training a lot, but now that i’m injured (again ) It seems pretty low compared to “before the big update”. ) It seems pretty low compared to “before the big update”.
I did try to soft reset, AND i also did a hard reset as well as the re calibration of the battery (letting it drain fully and charging it to 100%), but its still kinda bad.Is it normal for this update ? or should i RMA it ? cheers !
-
@Elipsus my battery on s9pp is also bad after last update. Just normal watch, without hr or sleep tracking, around 10% per day
-
@Александр-Даниленко had another courious graph about o2 measurement…
-
@Elipsus do not hesitate to use the search. There are plenty of messages with complaints on battery life after this update. Personally, I wish I had read this huge thread first, before installing an update because I didn’t get anything useful for me except loads of bugs
-
@false said in Software Update 2.30.32: I didn’t get anything useful for me except loads of bugs Apart from the known harmless problems, I see nothing that prevents me from using the watch and enjoying it to the fullest. I am always weirded out by personal perceptions of things (maybe because my dear dad taught me to see the glass always full)
