Hello
1.Morning sleep report too slow ==> Suunto vertical, 9PP, 9BARO This can be seen from the alarm clock and press to turn on Disturb but Suunto race is Sometimes itβs fast, sometimes itβs slow. Sometimes I look at other widgets and it still doesnβt show.
2.There is no logo in the widget WEATHER ==> Do I have to wait for it to snow in Bangkok before fixing it?

@Kraisun-Tunta I know what you mean about the sleep sometimes taking a while - have you checked your HR? Not sure if it relies on your Hr getting above a certain level and the checking it before reporting?
-
@David-l So it mean heart rate must increase first. For example, we have to get up and brush our teeth first. And then the heart rate increases and then shows the sleep report?
-
@Kraisun-Tunta I experienced the same with the Suunto Race,we have to be patient. Garmin give us the option if you wake up before the sleep schedule to end sleep recording or if you wake up after the end of sleep schedule the morning report is already there. I think Suunto is going in the right way,we need to give them some time.

@Kraisun-Tunta I think so

@Kraisun-Tunta there is no reason for confrontation in your posts!

The watch does need to know you are awake and not simply getting up to go to the toilet. Perhaps ask if the accuracy of sleep reporting is good for you. Suunto has recently switched completely to in house algorithms to eliminate Garmin/Firstbeat licensing. I expect this to improve.

Suunto knows about this one. The testers and Suunto employees here might be more inclined to answer you if you were polite.

@Brad_Olwin 1. OK Well Thank you for the details.
2. This is very polite. And it should be fixed really quickly.
