Suunto sportmodes screens
-
Hi,
If I am using a Suunto guide (which works great btw.) and I am switching to a self made screen where I want to see different data is the actual part of the guide now a:
- interval
- lap
- something else?
If I want to make an additions screen, which kind of data I have to chose?
Thanks!

@RightNow not 100% sure I understand you correctly, but Guides screens are always added in separately from you configured sport modes as you select them.
So no need to take care of the guides. Just define you custom screens as you like. -
@Egika Yes that’s. True. It’s added separately.
And I am watching that screen. Sometimes I want more information and then I want to switch to a self made screen. In that screen: How can I identify the steps? Are those laps? Intervals?
For example on my self made screen I want to add „pace/lap“ or is it „pace/interval“ or something else?

@RightNow You have to create your own sports modes because the standard ones cannot be edited.

@RightNow the guides screens are fixed. They cannot be customized (with the exception of those who display custom information, like the race and nutrition companions or emergancy info…

@Egika All Guide screens are fixed? There is only one guide screen? And I am using an own sports mode. If I am changing to the next screen I can see my own screen. Isn’t that true?
My question is more or like: How are the specific parts of the guide mapped? Are those parts laps or intervals?

@RightNow wich guide are you using?

@Egika I am using a structured workout. And I have the additional display.
If I am switching to my „self made screen“. What can I use. How is it done? Are the steps in the structured workout a lap or an interval or what else? -
@RightNow ok, thank you. Now understood. Structured workout is the topic. That took some time - sorry.

@Egika it’s my bad English. I have to say sorry. But thanks for helping
