          108 average HR does not sound too hard. How are your HR zones set up in the watch?
          If you have the HR graph?

              This?

              Yes. You were mostly in zone 1. No ides why the energy consumption was calculated to high. This makes no sense.
              Will check with Suunto.

                @Ollipolli Any long pauses perhaps?

                If I remember this correctly, Suunto shows overall energy consumption (basal + additional contribution from the activity) and it might also count energy consumption during pauses…

                SV: fingers crossed :D
                S9 (non-baro): died after 2 months, replaced, holding strong since 03/20
                Spartan Trainer: casing broke after 23 months, repaired, lost watertightness 5 months later, died
                Despite some pretty bad luck, I still love Suunto!

                    Ah. Ursache gefunden. Sehr gut. Dafür wäre die Datei mit dem Workout hilfreich gewesen, Screenshots geben das nicht wieder…

                      @Egika oh Sorry. Dachte der Screenshot reicht dir 🥺
                      Hatte zuvor eine Garmin und da konnte ich , wenn ich zum Beispiel in einem Café eine
                      Pause gemacht habe; auf „Später fortsetzen“ drücken.

                      Bei Suunto lasse ich es einfach im „Autopause“ Modus. Aber das scheint nicht gut zu sein für die Kalorien Berechnung.

                        @Ollipolli naja, die Kalorien hast Du inzwischen ja durchaus verbraucht. Auch während der Pause. Die Philosophie der Hersteller ist einfach anders.
                        Resume later hat Suunto (noch) nicht…
