Apologies if this has been covered elsewhere. When using TrainingPeaks Structured Workouts how does one go about skipping a step during the workout?

You might find here the reported issue about “lap button”.
“When a workout is scheduled. Before starting an activity Suunto ask you if you want to launch the Guides. If I choose YES the lap button of the workout don’t work on other hand if I choose NO and go to Suunto Plus menu of my activity and select my workout The lap bouton will work.
I tested this manipulation with a workout from intervals.icu and SA : based on the answer (yes/no) the lap bouton will work or not.”

We hope this issue will be sorted on the next update.
