Swimming pool

@ahmetaktan Hi there, a short update. For the past week i encounter the same issue/bug, but for some reason today it actually worked ( the meters are displayed correctly* instead of 0 ). The same thing also happend 1 time in the past week so it seems that it does work randomly… I am trying to figure out if it has to do with the reports of feeling in the end ( happy, average… etc ) but i am not able to find a consistent pattern of a factor triggers the bug…

@George-Ft its weird that when I use suuntoplus guides it works. My coach sends me swim exercises via Trainingpeaks app. When i sellect guides it works

Hi there. Status update: sometimes it works sometimes dont. today didt work. it really annoying me so I decided to sell it and swich to Forerrunner 965.
-
The same with vertical.
The details are:
If I finish training immediately after reaching the end of the pool then in strava I will have, say, 2499m, Suunto APP will show 2475m. Training peaks 2500m. The correct value is, of course, 2500m.
If I wait a while after reaching the end of the pool and only finish the training after a few seconds, the data is OK everywhere (watch, Strava, TP).
In addition to the above, there is also an error in me that occurs rarely (once a month) that the watch after a workout shows a distance of 0m and a TSS of 9999. However, after synchronizing with the app, the distance returns to normal and the TSS also.

@Maryn please try to post the same message only in one thread, spamming the same message in multiple threads is not allowed.

@isazi I will try
If I had the ability to delete posts there wouldn’t be this problem. -
The total distance in my log is also always 0, but the individual distances are correct in the intervals. Support says I should reset the watch, but that doesn’t help. The update 2.33.14 doesn’t change anything either. I find that very annoying.
-
@novum_tf that bug is not fixed yet, and resetting your watch should also not help.
-
@novum_tf The same issue in my case. Summary shows 0m distance both on the watch and in the app while intervals are shown correctly. It is so annoying.

Yeah, I’ve had similar issues with my Fenix 7 miscounting laps, especially in a busy pool. Super frustrating when you’re trying to track your progress accurately. I’ve heard Suunto’s lap tracking is a bit more reliable, so I might give it a shot. A friend who swims regularly in their Silverline Pools setup mentioned they had better luck with certain watches, so maybe it also depends on the environment. Guess it’s all about finding the right combo.
