Disappointing launch

Has anyone who ordered the Race received a message that their order is beyond processing? I ordered the titanium and then separately the Wing and the Wing is already packed and shipped with an estimated delivery date of Friday. I am leaving in less than two weeks for a business trip and am hoping I receive the Race before then.

@gizmo Yesterday I didn’t order the Titanium version because the shipping time was “from November to January”. Since yesterday evening until now the Titanium version has disappeared from Amazon Italy entirely.

@General_Witt Amazon Germany atm next day delivery for the black steel version, titanium is between November 15th and December 29th

Delivery 19-20 October… The shipment to me in Poland will probably be from a Amazon’s warehouse in Germany like Coros Pace 3 I bought last month.

Some weeks ago you could read the news that Suunto will force their business in North America, and there was indroduced somebody who is responsible for this… now we see the results… titanium is in America and not in Europe…

Not very impressive! The biggest mistake is not to share any information regarding date for availability, now they just disappoint their potential customers, and do not forget Polar`s new watch will be available from Wednesday.

Unfortunately, the planned delivery date was postponed by… 7 months… to May 2024…

Soooo, I just snatched one (Titanium version) from a local jewelry that has a store on Ebay. Immediate delivery and will be arriving next week.

@wcreasyl Ordered via the website at 01:00 AM PST on Oct 17. No updates yet. Just spoke with Suunto chat, and they informed my delay of 2 weeks.

@colinmacdon where are you based? I am in the Netherlands and they mentioned I should receive a shipping confirmation today and the watch by the end of next week… still not great since Amazon NL/DE have this available for next day delivery since launch day…
