Suunto "ClimbPro"?
-
i think it is a bug or the parameter are not ideal. have the same flat marked ( blue) in my routes. it is definitely uphill in my route. one part is around 200m with 30m vertical and is marked as flat in blue
i will look how i can send this infos to suunto in the beta

for further information the race is called
3 Berge Lauf ( 3 hills run) , so the 3 hills you see are all uphill the whole time. to much blue to see. i ran the race last year. -
@Wilson75 I have asked what are the parameters for flat. Will report back here. Not a bug but I do not know what parameters rise or fall over a distance determines color of grade.
-
2.32 IOs SA is out, but without the climb guidance. I guess it’s been reported.
@Brad_Olwin is it still there in beta version ? -
@Tieutieu Doesn’t seem to be a part of the latest beta.
-
@Zdeněk-Hruška You mean : it was in 2.32 beta, but not anymore ?
-
@Tieutieu Yes, I have a version 2.32 (14384) at the moment. And the grades (climb guidance) was part of the previous release if I am not mistaken. Now it’s gone.
-
@Zdeněk-Hruška said in Suunto "ClimbPro"?:
@Tieutieu Yes, I have a version 2.32 (14384) at the moment. And the grades (climb guidance) was part of the previous release if I am not mistaken. Now it’s gone.
Oh, well, that’s a pity!

-
@enriqueescoms dont upddate

-
@Zdeněk-Hruška are there any new features?
-
@Maryn I am not sure yet I haven’t had enough time to go through it

-
@Maryn late!

Dear All,
It’s not the announcement we were hoping for (“Climb Pro sport app”), but there are obviously 3 Suunto Plus sport apps coming anyway :
The source : DC Rainmaker : https://www.dcrainmaker.com/2024/03/suunto-opens-platform-to-xiaomi-watches-more-apps-also-partners-with-utmb.html
-
@Arnaud-Lclr I can see those apps in the store for a longer time already. Maybe because of the beta? Not sure but it’s there
-
@Zdeněk-Hruška Not in beta but visible. They’ve been released since few days now.
-
@Zdeněk-Hruška @Tieutieu Oh sorry, they’re actually in my app (also the Beta), I hadn’t noticed them.
And as there’s nothing visible on the Suunto website (I’m on Suunto France, but I see that there’s nothing on the USA or global Suunto apps pages either) I thought it was really new…
In the app I see that it’s been available since 29 February.In short, we’re still waiting for Climb Pro.

-
@enriqueescoms The function was present in 2.32.0 Release Candidate 2, but has disappeared from 2.32.0 RC 5
-
@Arnaud-Lclr those apps where announced on suunto’s social medias.
Like you said : let’s see what comes next !
The survey available since monday in SA tells us a bit of what features suunto is exploring or will certainly be ! -
@Tieutieu could you summarise, I didn’t get the survey.
-
@DMytro
As many survey :- what interest you in sport
- do you use those features (apps, summary…) and what you’d like to be improved…
- most important features
- which news features ideas would be most usefull (offline music/data on screen navigation/climb guidance/training readiness/location share and emergency message to home…)
…

On iOS, with the latest beta (2.33 RC2, 14525) the incline appears again, yeah
