      Hi,

does average minimum heartrate equal average resting heart rate?
the suunto app shows an average minimum heartrate over several days (59).
the watch (peak 9 pro) has a setting for rest HR which by default is 60 (or I can set it manually with the Tanaka formula calculating with over 40 etc) . Should I adjust the value for RHR on the watch to match the average minimum HR observed?
I know RHR affects Resources values.

@István-Török Based on many previous discussions, I got the impression that “Suunto resting HR” should be the HR when you are resting but still awake. Like when you are reading a book or watching telly.
Whenever I set my resting HR lower, my resources decreased like crazy…
For reference, my min HR at sleep is ~38, average min HR when sleeping is ~42. My resting HR is set to 53 and everything works reasonably well…

        SV: fingers crossed :D
S9 (non-baro): died after 2 months, replaced, holding strong since 03/20
Spartan Trainer: casing broke after 23 months, repaired, lost watertightness 5 months later, died
Despite some pretty bad luck, I still love Suunto!
