      Hi all,

I am currently using a Suunto 9 Peak Pro for tracking my runs. Yesterday I went for a run, but my HR chest strap battery died before I started my run, so I decided to try and test watch’s HR sensor.

At first it looked ok, but 20 minutes after it went all over the place so I was really disappointed, but that’s not the main problem as I am a chest strap person anyway.

The main problem is missing bits of data (1, 2 or 3 seconds).

The data missing is HR, Temperature and power.

Noticed this because I am manually importing Suunto’s workouts into Garmin Connect. At first, I was thinking it’s Garmin’s platform, but I have analyzed the .fit file and the records are missing. Also I have analyzed some of my cycling activities and the same is happening.

Does anybody know if this is normal? If it’s a bug, will Suunto fix it?

Not trying to complain here, but it is quite disappointing since I got a Suunto hoping for a watch that does much less things, but does them good, which is not not the case.
