a warm hello from switzerland to all of you!

i bought a suunto 9 peak pro. the vibrating alarm bothers me a little, it sounds as if a part is loose somewhere in the watch. i kept the whole watch and removed the straps, it’s something else. or is it just like that? could someone upload a video or a media file where you can hear your vibration?

      greetings from basel! 🙂

      ps: soft reset was performed

@Adrian-Pérez it’s been a topic on this forum since the release of 9PP. It may be fixed by the software… Or not.

it depends on the expectations… buzz"free" maybe not, as you’ll always here something that’s vibrating, of course.
              but it’s not rattling IMO

@freeheeler the buzzing isn’t a problem in 9PP, the rattle is. What’s interesting is that I’ve been told it’s mostly an issue with titanium versions.

However, it’s not there when timer is doing countdown. So it must be a matter of how long or how strong the vibration is. Perhaps it could be adjusted?

I know titanium only but will check with my friend who has steel when I see him next time… not sure when 🙈

This is also very interesting as it feels as if there was something springy inside the watch when I’m gently hitting it on the towel after washing. Maybe it has flywheel inside that’s going to be online after some firmware update 😛

hello everyone and thanks for the replies. I’ve searched but haven’t found anything related to vibration problems. mine is the stainless steel version, so i think it’s not just the titanium versions
