      Bonjour

      Good morning
      How come with apps:
“Garmin” it is possible to obtain a plot with the colors according to the pace.
“Oruxmaps” it is possible to obtain a route with the colors according to the difficulties (percentage of slopes).
      "Suunto…nothing, just a basic layout.

      Did I forget something?

@Embrun-0 said in Visualisation parcours.....Route visualization:

“Garmin” it is possible to obtain a plot with the colors according to the pace.

Are you referring to post activity when reviewing your tracked activity in the Garmin Connect App/website? If so yes it is. You can toggle your tracked activity map/track to show your colour graded track on the map to reflect:

        1. nothing (changes it to just a red track)
        2. Pace
        3. Grade-Adjusted Pace
        4. Heart Rate
        5. Elevation

In the chart section you can compare a variety of charts across time or distance. i.e. Walking for example you can compare Pace, Grade-Adjusted Pace, HR, Temp, Elevation, Cadence. Running of course will have additional factors. In the app you can only overlay one metric on one other metric, however on the Web you can line your charts one below each other, and then hovering over a point will show the line and details for that point in time/distance on all the charts.
Great for checking if you think you got cadence lock.

If your are referring to during an activity, when you look at the your map on the watch (assuming your Garmin model has a map) - then no it doesn’t. However if you have created/running a course on watch model with maps, you can switch on climbpro for ascents and or descent which should then show all ascents/descent and it should colour grade the ascent/descent - and you can track your progress on the ascent/descent on the climbpro page / can also scroll through and view all ascents/descents.

Hey @Jamie-BG , no offense here and I like your comments when we compare watches but this is a Suunto forum not a Garmin one, if I want some info on how my Garmin works I’ll go to the Garmin forum or a general sport devices/watches forum, not here. I think that in this forum we want to improve our Suuntos or Suunto’s app not Garmin ones or be a Garmin user manual.

Besides I think that the OP, @Embrun-0 , is not asking for all the Garmin Connect goodies, he is complaining that Suunto doesn’t have them.

@Embrun-0, you are right, Suunto app doesn’t draw the tracks with colors in that way, which is the only thing that I like from Garmin Connect BTW, and I would love to have them drawn in that way in SA. You can create a feature request for this, forum users will vote and maybe will be implemented.
