Stock problems 9PP All Black?

I bought a new 9PP on the Spanish Amazon with 30% discount!! But the watch was not in stock. By chat they said mayby a few days and that the discount price was okay.
2 weeks later still no delivery.
Sometimes i see on their website 1 or 2 months for delivery…
How is that possible?Problem with Suunto or Amazon?

@Ultrawalker if you bought it with Amazon, Suunto should have nothing to do with it. On Amazon’s website you can check if it was sold and shipped by Amazon or some other shop.

@Ultrawalker And the 1 to 2 months delivery watch would be from a different seller, Amazon UK and not Amazon Spain which is the one that was selling the watch for 349… I bought one of those but my OHR sensor is really really bad, so I requested a replacement from Amazon Spain and they say that it’s not possible because they don’t have any stock of the S9PP All Black, sorry.
As I will return my watch to Amazon Spain, maybe then next week there will be 1 in stock if they consider that the OHR sensor is not faulty and it’s just that the sensor doesn’t work with my wrist/skin.

And i ordered a new 9PP on 29 dec.
Maybe with very late delivery they are hoping that all the buyers will cancel their order? -
@Ultrawalker Amazon probably cleared the stock for Christmas. I believe they will get a new stock before 1 or 2 months. With current winter temperatures in Europe people will start running outside very soon

@dmn23 If you believe your unit is faulty, why didnt you contact Suunto directly? The watch has 2 year guarantee.

@dulko79 I did, they just suggested to wait for a future firmware update thay might fix the problem.

@Ultrawalker Yes, Amazon Spain sells as Amazon EU, but Amazon UK is a different seller, that’s why even if there would be stock of the 9PP at Amazon UK they won’t send you any watch if you bought it from Amazon Spain/EU.

@dmn23 So i have to wait till Amazon Spain has stock again? And then you think i will get the 9PP? I hope you’re right that i don’t have to wait 1 or 2 months…

@Ultrawalker Yes, you have to wait. As for when there will be stock, well I’m returning my watch so at least one could be available, and maybe some more people will return theirs…

In EU, they cannot sell the return items as new, if you watch carefully, s9pp has recently a lot of second hand on Amazon, now you know why.

I don’t know if this helps, but i just checked Amazon UK and they have plenty of stock both new and refurbished S9PP models. I often buy from European and US Amazon stores to the UK. Also in my experience ‘refurbished’ tech is often brand new, it’s just been returned, so a bargain.

Suunto 9 PP again with 30% discount on Amazon.es…but again not in stock…My order is from 29-12 and still waiting…

Finally I’m not returning mine, I don’t know why but Amazon doesn’t let me take the return package to a drop off point, just wait for them to pick it at my home - and I won’t be there before the 30-day return window expires.
So maybe I sell it second hand or give it a second chance -then I’ll have to use a HR band.
