Unable to pair watch

Since getting a new phone and updating the watch firmware recently I have been unable to pair it to the app.
It doesn’t pair with the app and the watch isn’t listed in the Bluetooth devices.
Are there any ways to fix this?
Power saving mode off
Airplane mode off
Discovery on -
