Hi and welcome!-
You can’t have it (yet) with the intervals you program on Suunto App (SA for short), but you can use the service intervals.icu that provides number of intervals (you can connect intervals.icu to SA and your workouts and intervals will sync both ways).

There’s no countdown a the moment. I’m not working at suunto or have any inside info, but since the feature was introduced relatively recently, I suppose there will be improvements in the future. Countdown was asked for multiple times in the forum, so maybe suunto will pay attention to this.

Yes, also do not disturb will mute sound and vibration.

@DMytro thank You very much for your reply!
So, we Will wait for the next updates!
Which apk do You think is better for custom intervals?
All apps show the sale in the suunto 9 peak pro or it is depends of each app?Best regards.

I just want to emphasize that I don’t have any info on that and it’s just my personal speculation. Don’t want to raise your hopes too high.
As regarding the apps:
Some of the apps are free to use, some require subscription.Training peaks (TP) has a fairly tight integration with SA and suunto provides a month (or a couple of months) of free subscription to TP s.t. you can try it out for yourself.
Intervals.icu is a website with a quite strong strong suit of tools that I use for creating the structured workouts. It’s a bit confusing at first and the design is not amazing, but it’s a free tool so wouldn’t bash them too hard. I prefer it over the solution in SA as I can create planned workouts easier and it’s easier to copy/paste such workouts as well.
SA has much more the easy and phone friendly interface, I sometimes use it when on the go.
There are also multiple partners which allow you to create custom workouts, you can find the list in SA, but beware, most of them are not free. Maybe someone else chimes in with their recommendations for a workout creating app.

RobertoWhat do you mean by See the number of the interval?
I remember the interval setting in the watch has a interval répétitions, it’s what you want?
-
@zhang965 for example:
When i create an interval training with 6 rounds ( active + recuperate), i do not know if it is the first round, second…
The watch only show :
NEXT 1 min
Objetive 155 ppmBut i do not know Which interval number is it.
Best regards.

RobertoOk, you are using structure interval.
In the watch, there is a simple interval mode, it shows the number of repetition, x/10 for example

@zhang965 Thanks! I Will try in the watch!!
