I would like to ask you, what mode is directly responsible for the usual strength training?

I’m exercising 3x15min with resistance bands and it seems to me that it would be best to set this as a strength training. Unfortunately, the Suunto 5 does not have one.
What mode would be best as a substitute?

@matt-r for fitness stuff I use circuit training, tbh it matters little which mode you actually use, it’s more or less just a label.

@DMytro Ok thanks I understand, that is at my discretion.
Today I set weight training, but I understand that any other will be just as good - circuit training, weight training or even indoor training?
It’s like that in practice - besides the label, how do these differ?
