Watch data different from App data
-
I use S9P. Just now after finished my run my watch shown recovery, duration and pace is different from the app.
Recovery: 30 hours (app) | 68 hours (watch)
Duration: 1:01’35 (app) | 1:01’40 (watch)
Avg Pace: 07’20/km (app) | 07’21/km (watch)Then i thought try to soft reset can solve the issue. issue still the same and then Resources from 0 jump to 50 after i soft reset.
Please help to solve this issue.

@babychai Hi, the difference in duration is known and should be fixed in the future.
For the rest, not sure what’s happening. -
Recovery is not supposed to be the same - the watch shows you cumulative recovery (so if you weren’t at zero before the activity, it will be more), the activity in the app only the recovery time due to that specific activity.
-
@Spree recovery in my watch already zero for few days before i start my activity today.
-
@babychai
do you use 2 watches on the same account? -
@babychai Then this is definitely a different issue. Odd. I’ll check if something similar happens to me. Android or iOS?
-
@freeheeler yes but the other watch i did not wear it for many weeks. so no activity involve and i did not sync it to the app as well.
-
@Spree i use Andriod
-
@taziden not sure if this is already fixed in next update, or the one after. But it’s known and a fix is coming.
