Strava segments will be disabled temporary
-
Strava segments will be disabled temporary This is due to some changes needed from Strava and Suunto to improve the experience. I will be updating you when they are back available
-
Ok, now it makes sense why I don’t see Segments in the Suunto Store, doesn’t it? @Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos, once the feature is available again, will I have the Segments available? Or could there be any other reason why I didn’t see it before? I switched from S9B to S9PP two weeks ago
-
@Zdeněk-Hruška This is the reason since today. There are some technical issues to improve the experience for you. Sorry for this
-
@Dimitrios-Kanellopoulos Thanks for the reply. No problem at all. I am just very curious about this feature so I have been quite disappointed that the feature hasn’t been available for me. So I will wait… patience is the key

Any update about when Strava segments will be available again?
-
 @vcebrian Nothing?
-
Any news on Strava live segments? Has this been abandoned completely?
-
@Prenj works on Vertical, will get back to the other watches that supported it with the coming firmware update. This is what I know. Also DC Rainmaker tested it in the Vertical review. But it will work only for Strava premium members.
-
Yeah, Strava changed it on their end so that only premium users can get it through their api…
 What a pity
-
@Egika but from beginning it was meant for all users?
-
@dulko79 right. In the beginning it was working also for unpaid Strava accounts
-
@isazi how do I get it? I am premium user but it is not in my S+ app list…

@isazi said in Strava segments will be disabled temporary: will get back to the other watches that supported it with the coming firmware update.
-
@sartoric I already have a Vertical but do not have Strava segments. FW 2.25.46
-
@trailcafe Vertical also is not final.

 I have the 5 peak
-
@Guillaume-Faure don’t remember, maybe all that support S+ guides.
-
@trailcafe check your guides. I think you need to have a fieldtest account or be an official reviewer to have that feature.
