Hi, was that issue solved?
I have Suunto 9 peak and it is definetly miscalculating sleep periods:
- Falling asleep seems acurate
- Awakings - not at all
- Waking up - totally messed - even hour later.
I have sent the watch to the guarantee service and I’ve got the following reply:
“Dear customer, we are sorry to hear that you have experienced problems with your Suunto.
The software of your watch was reseted and now is updated to the latest version available,and I have checked your
device for the faults reported in the fault description and performed all the necessary tests, and no fault has been
And the problem is not solved.
It’s not necessary to open a new thread for the existing one.
