SuuntoApp on S7 is not responding - only watch reset helps

SuuntoApp in S7 watch is not working and I’n not able to bring it back online. First symptoms was that sleep data with pulse were not recorded.
And after watch restart Suunto app was not able to start working (watch faces stuck in that view(for pulse, workout, sleep etc):
When I try to open suunto app on watch its also stuck:

Synchronization with SA on phone works.I try to stop SA on watch, clean data - nothing helps. after cleaning data I’m not able to go through the wizard - its stop on that screan and closing unexpectly:
Only when I try to reset watch it helps. But then all configuration stuff (like payment) i need to repeat.
It happen 2 times in last month so its not single occurrence.
Is there known issue related to that or other option how to bring Suunto app on watch working again without reset if it happens again.

It’s happened a couple of times with me. Only solution I know if is a reset unfortunately.

Hello. I also happened 2 times, the first I had to restore to factory and the second just restart. But there are more cases reported. They advise to do one reset of the clock per week, to clean cache, storage, etc …

One reset per week? I hope you mean restart 🤪?

@deaquinogeorges, @judnoe Sorry for late response. It occurs few times. Then I send it to service. They replace it. That was good, but unfortunately it happened also with second one. Now I have third and keeping fingers crossed that it will not happen any more. Btw: official service response is that mainboard is broken
