Smart HR Belt - reliability

I have had two SMART straps, both failed. I’m thinking of just replacing the strap, rather than the whole belt.
Are the belts available today, better than the previous?

@mcmahonsport when’d you bought the belt? Did it have grey contact point or the black ones?

@dmytro it had black contact points and they are a few years old.

@mcmahonsport then there indeed is a better replacement strap from suunto. I use mine for almost a year and can’t complain.
