Wont turn on with 4 hours of charging

My suunto 7 doesnt seems to charge and im not able to turn it on. Bought from amazon.
Put the charger on for 4 hrs and nothing happen, have you an idea of what to do? -
@smorin You checked the USB port that works correctly?
If the answer is yes and if you bought it recently, I think it would be best to exchange it for another unit with your seller… -
@flypg yes usb port is correct, mesure the voltage also. Nothing happened to the screen, dont wake up.
