Blood oxygen - night measuring
-
Hello,
I activated the night blood oxygen measurements and i cannot see them in the app. I can see the measurements on the watch, in the sleep details , but as mentioned i cannot see them in the daily stats page. (I’ve checked here what it should look like in the watch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cZuA_hTWUI)
I run on android 11 and have the latest app version (updated on December 20 2021).Am I missing a set up somewhere or is this a bug?
Thanks,
Werner

@werner-wilfried-wasicsek I’m not sure about Android, but on iOS, you must click on the button to activate the view.

@markytarky no I cannot see the Blood Oxygen anywhere in the app. The only measurements i see are the one-time measurements, the night measurements I don’t see anywhere in the app…
Thanks for the reply

@werner-wilfried-wasicsek
Which app version do you have ? -
@sartoric - Version - 4.49.1
-
@werner-wilfried-wasicsek you need to update to at least 4.51 to have this.
-
Be sure that you have activated it in the watch. In my case, I had to do it after update. You can find it under Settings - Sleep.

@isazi - I was just about to ask how i update to the new version and when i checked again i had the new version available (4.51.4)… apparently in the region i am the app is not updated as quickly…
After the update I lost all of the historical data, I’ve attached a screen shot.
Just bad luck or do i have to wait some time?Thanks for the help.

@werner-wilfried-wasicsek just need to wait a bit. If it does not update in few hours or a day, logout from the app and login again. This should start again the import of historical data. If this also does not work, let us know.
-
@isazi - OK, I will let you know.
And thanks for the quick replies -
@isazi - the logout - login did the trick. All good now
