Does not deactivate the alarm

Hi every one!
The alarm of My Ambit 3 can not be deactivated.
Since 2 weeks the alarm clock rings at 00.56 and I can’t stop it.
I reset the device in factory settings, but the problem persists.
In the display the Alarm mode is off.
The device is full updated

Any ideas?

You mean it’s off in the menu? What about the bell icon? What happens when you do set an alarm, does it ring on both times?

And are you sure it’s a watch alarm and not some notification from your phone? When it starts, you can select between Snooze & Stop?

Today I will wake up and watch it carefully

There is no sign of bell
I’m not sure what kind of sound is.
I suppose that it comes from the alarm.
It is very strange that persists although that I reset it to the factory settings

Apps work only during activities.

alright… already forgot about that.
I’ve had something like sunset alarm in mind

That it happens always to same time is really strange…I would remove it from phone (SA), rerun factory reset from SL.
